HitClash / Your data
Delete your HitClash account
You can delete your account and its related data directly in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can also send us a request here.
Updated September 2, 2026
Delete immediately in the app
Deletion applies to the technical account currently open on this device. It is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Open HitClash and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete my account.
- Read the summary, then confirm with Delete everything.
What is deleted
- Your public profile and HitClash handle.
- Your posts, reactions, reports and blocked accounts.
- Challenges you created and your votes in challenges still linked to your account.
- Your battles, preferences and HitClash data stored on this phone.
A subscription must be cancelled separately
Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If a subscription is active, cancel it in your device’s store. Transaction information that the store, purchase provider or law requires us to keep may remain for the necessary period.
Request deletion without the app
Email contact@mcsedition.org with the subject “Delete my HitClash account.” Include your public handle if you have one. We may ask for limited verification so we do not delete someone else’s account. Requests are handled within 30 days unless the law requires or permits another period.
